Quick question as the customer support line is closed now until Monday. Do LEGO Shop at Home charge carriage for returns, or a restocking fee?

A better offer has come up locally than my delivery from LEGO Shop at Home, that arrived yesterday. Am thinking of returning to LEGO Shop at Home and rebutting from the local shop?

    At least in Canada they do not charge a restock and/or a shipping charge. They -may- however ask for any promo item back if there was one with the purchase. Mine usually don't, but some do.

    Thanks for that. Managed to speak to Lego this morning and in the UK we can return for free and there is no restock fee. I received the returns label this afternoon and it was at the Post Office this evening.
