September 18, 201510 yr Has anyone used a P.O. Box to receive Items from Lego S@Home?What are your thoughts?
September 18, 201510 yr I wouldn't do it... from their shipping policy page:Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delivered via US Postal Service and will not have order tracking available.http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Shipping
September 18, 201510 yr pobox shipping should have usps tracking number. this sounds a bit weird. personally i would rather have it come to my house than dealing with USPS on pickup. i see enough of them already during last quarter of the year that i dont need extra aggravation.
September 18, 201510 yr FedEx does ship to PO Box only if you select "Ground" and the label just print it out.
September 21, 201510 yr Author My orders get cancelled if I try to ship to my P.O BoxHave you asked them what is the reason for your cancellations?
September 21, 201510 yr Have you asked them what is the reason for your cancellations?I'm in Canada, and they ship via FedEx from the states. Figured that was why, since FedEx doesn't deliver to P.O boxes
September 21, 201510 yr My Po Box is located in a Shoppers DM & I've received FedEx shipments there on several occasions (usually rolls of automotive vinyl &/or computer parts), the staff knows me by name so they will accept it if the FedEx driver takes it to them, more often than not thou the FedEx packages go back to depot to await pickup/redirection. I haven't ordered from TLG .ca in a few years thou since they changed their policy not to ship to Po boxes (Also since the US TLG .com no longer ships to a 3rd party freight receivers like UPS store or MyUS)
