That can vary.  From my understanding there is a delay in when the data is available to the site Admins (Jeff and Ed Mack) and then from there it is a labor of love to get all of the data updated for the site.  It appears there is some additional manual work in the process as well where the data is vetted for quality.   Historically I feel like around the 15th-20th of each month the data for the previous month is available.  But that isn't a hard and fast rule.
