According to the Target website, my local store is suppose to have series 6 of the collectable minifigs. I went there last week and couldn't find any. I was in a hurry so I didn't ask anyone. Is it possible that they are in the back or something or is the online inventory tracking wrong? Anyone have any experience with the online inventory tracker showing something in stock and when you get to the store they don't have that item?

From my experience, the Target inventory checker is hit or miss. Usually they have the minifigs in a display box at the end of the aisles. If not, another good place to check is in the Star Wars Action figure section. Many of the targets in the KC area have put the Series 8 minifigs in the bin under there. Hope this helps.

Check the clearance areas also, I was in Las Vegas last week and I found some Series 7 minifigs for $1 each!
