I have not been in this thread for a while, but glad you were able to get a copy of the instructions. The building is not too bad to modify. We put a grocery/convenience store on the bottom and moved the comic shop upstairs in our building....

I picked out a construction mega crane and the obvious boat. Hoping for any other hints

One of the soccer builds is in there, you can see the nets in the uppermost back bin. Plus some duplo and parts that look like non-lego taking up space... that red 4 pronged thing for example..? Might be less actual lego there than it looks like on the surface.

Actually that red "ramp" is Lego, it's the Racer Launcher for Warrior #4569-1 part #30556/red... a 10 cent part from 2001 nobody wants :-)

The front-most bin with the crane also has a "Digger" #7248-1, the bin next to it has the remnants of an "Arctic Expedition" #6573-1

It was a sealed City Harbor set 4645 I got for $5

First my weekend Score- Local Estate Sale showed this in their listing

I walk into the sale and figure a few towers of bulk sorted- then I see this on the floor

I asked the sale worker how much for everything, bundle deal. Needless to say their number was lower then mine. So I called for backup, got another van and got it all, except one plane I let some kid buy.

There is Cafe Corner, Green Grocer, Grand Carousel, other modulars. Some custom MOCs, entire bin of baseplates. I only am 6 boxes in.
