This was an auction house that I assume get lots of stuff from various people given to them to seek. I would guess most of the lego was from one collection

    I always dream of going to one of these things, and the owner has no idea the value of the sets. Sells me a 10179 for $50. But my dream never comes true. :(

    that is half the fun. I troll about 10 local companies weekly for myself and search national as well. I try to post national highlights.
