Have we heard what the module build is? 

Originally it was believed the Corner Deli could have been the next modular house but now that we have some data on pricing, whatever the official modular will actually be is still up in the air.

I love the deli. With two of them you could probably scale it up nicely to fit next to the standard modulars.

The Corner Deli does look decent making me more curious about the two alternate builds for the set. I like the color and shaping on the Fast Car, the small vehicle builds are smart particularly the construction one, and Park Animals' puppy will look cute beside the kitten from 2014's Furry Creatures.

Now are the creator 3in1 "modulars" to scale with eachother? And last I read they aren't to scale with the big modulars.

They are in scale to the other mini modulars

Seeing the 31044 Park Animals, a friend of mine asked me "Is this a Duck Hunt set (Nintendo)" ? ^^

I stumbled upon brickset creator names presumably for 2H http://brickset.com/...6?query=creator .Its listed lighthouse, holiday and treehouse probably as main set.

Tree house from 2013 was interesting set, that if I remeber corectly win some awards so remastered probably bigger version will be interesting turn.

Edit-Can be holiday some kind of holiday vehicle or van?

I think I will really quit this game. I have still 10 x 5770 waiting to sell when the price is right.

Maybe you should just sideplay the game? Like I'm planning to do as long as it stays profitable.

Some money here and there without a lot of hazzle is fun and good enough for me. I guess most people can earn more money spending their time with other things. As long as it is fun I'm doing it. When there is no more fun left (not even with small sideinvestments like the occasional modular) I'm gone.

Yeah... I think you are right. That was exactly my plan. All these rehashes don't make the investor happy. How many lighthouses did we get lately? Friends and Scooby Doo I know already. Soon it will be like the chopper. In every set a lighthouse.

The price for BIN items of 5770 in Europe still stays over 100€ (sometimes 110, 120€). So, what do you expect from a 40€ Creator set???

Also good to see the '16 Creator lineup has 3 helicopters.  Quota filled. 

My kids love the new animal Creator sets, need to find those animal polys as well.

I bought off eBay recently one of those 30472 Parrot polybags, love it. I have been collecting the brick-built parrot sets and this is a great one.

I'm really liking 31052 - Holiday Destinations/Vacation Getaway motorhome set.
