I just received the new lego 42042 technic crawler from Amazon UK today (not market place), and the box came with no packaging.  Ie it was just a lego box with the address label and various other bar codes stuck to the lego box.  Obviously the box is damaged, with scrapes and damaged corners - bit of a mess really.  Has anyone else had a problem with Amazon not using any delivery packaging for Lego, clearly this is a no-go - at least it is just for myself, not a gift or for investment.  I have complained of course, and am waiting for an answer.

Not lego but we had something similar with amazon uk it was a cofree machine when my wife complained she ended up getting about 20% discount. She did say it was a gift tho. So expect some sort of compensation 

got my 42043 with no shipping box as well. it was sent back this morning at their expense ($96 to ship it back). got the shipping refund couple hours later. Lego refund will need to wait until they got it back.

instead of getting my 42043, i am losing a shipping box to them -,-''

 

 

I have already said that if they don't pay for packaging, I will send it back with no box - and it will certainly will come apart,.

What a waste of money and lego !
