It is retired now but was exclusive to Walmart and Lego store. Was hard to find very early on and stayed that way. Some were found on clearance at Walmart near the end.

This was one set which did not require clearance to make a decent return in a short time period.

All the jurrastic world sets were flipable before the restock. RE and IR were the best.

125 euros is now the minimum on EU ebay and 140 seems to be the next stage. I guess a lot of sellers are on holiday now but if last year´s xmas craziness is repeated, then this one could well tick up to 150 euros or more.

I think the JW hype is over. May have to wait till the next movie and hope Lego does not get the license to make the next movie. Then these sets will go $$$

This theme is starting to disappear on the other retail sites, so I think this holiday season will blow out the remaining retail stock.  I think that most of the ones that sold this year, will be opened, as I don't think investors are hoarding these as much .  Little Timmy's around the world will destroy or misplace half of the lego dinos.  With Mattel getting the license, surely that means megabloks is going to be the ones doing the sets for the second and third film.  This should give the theme some legs once they retire, because megabloks is just garbage, and I think the lego rexy and raptor sets will be in demand.  I think 3x is a worthwhile goal for this theme not this year, but late next into 2018.

I don't think we know if Mattel has the building blocks license though, do we?  All the press release said was that they acquired the "toy license" from Hasbro.  So unless LEGO acquired the building blocks license indirectly through Hasbro's previous "toy license" I think it could be a separate deal, similar to how Hasbro and Mattel have DC, Marvel, and Star Wars toy licenses but LEGO has the building blocks license for those properties.  Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think we´ll get one more good xmas run with these sets, although I haven´t bought any apart from RE yet.

The thing is, this 'hobby' thrives on the fact that people come out of their dark ages or become able to purchase sets they've wanted every day.  Similarly, a child who loves LEGO discovers they love dinosaurs or a child who loves dinosaurs realizes they love LEGO every day.  If you're a parent of either of these children, what are your options for LEGO dinosaurs?  What will those options be for the next year or two?

That's what is great about Lego. People ask me all the time, if a set was out for a few years why didn't the person just buy it when it was available in the Lego Shop instead of paying double the RRP. My response is "do you realise how many new children and adults find a new passion for Lego every day"!? And on that basis they begin to hunt the web for retire sets that they desperately want for their collection. Be it a Raptor Escape set or a missing modular for their street they are building. Pick your sets wisely and at the right price, but more importantly don't always be too eager to sale.

No one will ever want Benny´s Spaceship, though:(

Haha!!! You never know, the new movie may give the old sets a new lease of life and when the parents realise they can't afford the sea cow, little Timmy will just have to suffer Benny's spaceship instead!!! Here's hoping right!?

Everyone on this site is a Tumbler investor. Get your login and buy a Tumbler.

I was referring to the type who were shocked that the price was not doubled after a week of LEGO Shop at Home retirement.

Ah, sorry. I think it's doing well, considering.

Amazon buy box is now $135

75920 has two ASINs

there is no buy box for product [this is what the north america release is ]: 673419234450 ASIN: B00X11QI1A

second ASIN: B00UX5L0HO is where we have high buy box and i believe this one's japanese release.

veterans of amazon selling can shed more light on the "risks" about listing product on secondary ASIN's or wrong ASIN's.

I asked them to consolidate these two listings on multiple occasions.  The listings were split out a few weeks ago.  Amazon has moved some listings around and not at the request of the sellers.

I see this as another "Zombies", and that set currently sits at 17 sellers and a 259.99 price point.  This one will probably be more popular than zombies, so I think after it goes down to about 35 sellers it will near 200, but the question is how many of us will cave before then?

I've caved a bunch, sell 5, bump price, sell 2 bump price, sell 5 bump price, and the cycle continues.

There will be more raptors produced by Lego, but no other Zombie Bride. Personally, I don't feel like RE has much going for it but the scarcity. The set itself is kind of "meh." I think it's going to be a nice hold for some, but sales volume has dropped way off. "Caving" isn't necessarily a bad thing--it's more of market timing.
