person advertised lego's and this time they actually have them they are asking 15.00 for set 70808 super cycle set box looks a little rough, and the have three ziplock sandwich bags they are asking 2.00 a piece for pic below, does this sound like its worth it?

This right here. 

It's not that the $2 bags are a bad deal, but they look very plain.  I sell gallon bags of crap at our garage sales, usually filled with beat up stuff and mega bloks for $10 and they go like hotcakes.  They do however have good pieces like figure parts, just not in great shape.  Most grandmas don't care since they are keeping it at their house for little Jimmy to beat the hell out of when he comes over.   Sold 5 this last go-round last weekend.
