July 12, 201510 yr I had someone request a return on amazon.ca and never had this happen before. Do I need to do anything? Do I get dinged for shipping costs back to me?

Do I get dinged for shipping costs back to me?You have to accept the return or buyer can file a A-Z claim. Buyer is responsible for shipping it back to you. After you receive the item and is in the same condition as you send it, then you issue a full refund less shipping fee collected. Edited July 12, 201510 yr by tacsniper
July 12, 201510 yr That's if they return it. I approved a return request and never recived the item back. Tried emailing the buyer but never got an reply back. Odd
July 13, 201510 yr I don't think so but if you don't approve the return, Amazon can approve it without you & then the customer isn't necessarily required to return it..
