I personally believe these are gone, I'm basing this on all shops around me (Lego store, TRU, even tesco and asda) have all sold out and said they are not getting any more. 

 

In the designer video they said the castle minifigures will be exclusive to that set, so I don't see why they would want the same figures to be available at same time, my opinion is that a new series will be released.

However like everyone in this thread, we are all voicing our own theories/opinions, we'll find out who was right and wrong in the next 2-4 weeks...

Retirement dates vary between different regions. So Disney CMF series 1 might be gone for good in the EU while coming back for a little whilein the US.

For all we know LEGO might have originally planned to produce more Disney CMF for fall distribution to coincide with the Castle

Still no sign on UK SAH, Zavvi online have hiked theirs up to £5.99 a bag !!! Still available in a few retailers such as Smyths, although on eBay I can get a full set for £60 which is effectively only £15 above RRP without having to waste my time schmoozing through all the bags.  I already have 3 full sets but I'm in agreement that if these do disappear they could turn a nice profit around Xmas or when the Cinda's castle is officially released next month? Deal or no deal ?

Took a shot. Ordered 20 units (should be 3 per / for total of 60). Let's see what happens. Worse case I send them back if they only ship 20.

I predict third week of the month, stock flows in and prices crater.

Later this fall according to Shop at Home so maybe not until October or November. Or maybe on the barge now.

I think the next run is getting printed in Sept. Should be late Oct early Nov in the USA.

Having called my local Lego store in the UK at lunch to confirm that the VIP release of Cindas castle (which is the 17th) I also asked if they had any of the Disney Minifigs back in stock and her exact words were "I'm afraid they have now been discontinued, they may be releasing a new series but the current one has now been discontinued and therefore we will not be getting any new stock" !! Take that as you wish, I'm merely reporting back what she told me guys but kinda makes sense as these disappeared from SAH UK a few weeks back !
