Holiday sets the $10 ones Legoland jacked up to $12.99

Merlin has been experimenting with prices.  LL did $5. DC did 4.50 after the first wave.   Series 16 DC went back to 4.  The seasonals they have done at 12.99 occasionally in the past.  The roses are also higher at LL then discovery.  Discovery is still staying at regular retail for now storewide other than disney figs.   Parks were going towards the 10 markup on all products.  Had recently heard they wanted to raise the castle as well but did not at this time.   Basically the stuff that was flying they were focusing on milking the most. 

Did hear disney was pushing for 5 on the figs as well so lego probably jumped aboard if they see those selling at 5 quickly why not.   Especially if more licensed ones keep coming out.

My local Fred Meyer had the Disney CMFs back instock. $3.99 each.

Has anyone checked the date codes? New batch or leftover stock?

My Toys R Us put out 2 fresh cases yesterday.  Wasn't sure if anyone else reported TRU sightings?

So LEGO was correct in telling us to check back this fall. No surprise. It would not have been smart of them to cut production short on perhaps their best selling series of minifigures yet, especially with the holiday season upon us.

TRU showing s16 and Disney at $4.49 now.  Not cool.

As reported previously but I confirmed today, both S16 and Disney were $4.99 at LEGOLAND California.

I was offered 50 cases and passed.   Previous highest offering was 10 which I took.   Tells me they got a good run of them .

Inspite of the influx in some areas this will still be a profitable series down the line. And as long as you are willing to ship international the rest of the world have money to burn on these. Get them at a discount and you'll bank.

I don't see much discounting on these, but have found one successful method.  Using $25 off $100 BAM coupons (on top of the BAM 10%) to get 28 bags for just over $3 each after tax.  Now to see if my local BAM gets a restock...

Looks like Walmart and TRU are getting these back in stock. Anyone seeing these at Targets? I checked my local two and none yet (Emeryville and Alameda, CA).
