Well the plot thickens. And the cookie crumbles. If you look at the sold portion for the Target Wall-E (only shows the last 100 transactions) it is half resellers and half end users it looks like. Haha I would guess the information to be good since it is coming from LEGO. But Feb 2016....woah.
