it was a pain in the ass, and i do not have a number to give you as they called ME back and it showed up unknown. you need to make a request to have seattle call you instead of you calling india. i think you have to do it through the sellercentral portal as requesting it over the phone they stated they have no such support available...

Thanks jerry, looks like that is a seller feature? I am the buyer in this situation. But perhaps I can still ask for Seattle to call me back?
