Ive been offered this, and could do with some help identifying this. Its the bottom of a building with a batter pack and lights? Maybe a custom?

The building in the first picture definitely looks like a custom building. From what I can tell, in the other pictures, it appears to be various pieces from many sets.

They've asked £65, and said there's about 5kg not including the building. Gotta be worth it on the bricks alone. If not I see a big brown modular on the horizon.

That building and battery pack looks like some sort of Guantanamo Bay MOC. The handcuffs on the wall really pulls it all together. Where does the waterboarding take place?  Bring backup or meet at a public location when you pick that up or you may find out their basement looks EXACTLY like that brown brick building you are buying, only with a 12 volt car battery hooked up!

​Haha your kinda right. Its a custom dungeon/basement to the haunted house. Turns out the guy was a professional Lego builder, and was having a clear out. Lovely chap, threw in a load of extras.

He's moved on to slightly bigger things now, this was the Harrods lego display he built.
