  • So to celebrate the strong exchange rate from USD to CAD ($1 -> $1.30), Canada Post delivered these to me today. So this works out to about $92 USD per set.

  • That only gives us 92 years to sell through our stock, perfect!

  • I just got my last 12 in the last 2 weeks, have 30 of these and I got them for $68 to $100 from Lego with VIP Points and Toys R Us with Rewards, etc. Now I am not selling any I am holding on to them,

Me too. There are questions that don´t need to be asked when Ebay sold items filter exists.

In this case, the hidden gem is the buyer who actually wants one.

Found one of them recently, I only had one flying Phoenix to get rid of and he asked me whether I had anymore Chima as his kid loved them. I had a little chuckle at that

By " get rid of" I assume you meant "would rather not part with unless it is to make a child happy". I have a very playful and affectionate Chi lion temple that is looking for a new adoptive family, if he is interested.

I have some mammoths and strongholds that would make any child happy... They got so much icy blue brick.

By the way, where are the S&H Black Friday offers listed? I mean there is special early VIP access for these sets already in four days...

Mammoth is a winner. Even when bought at RRP. At least where I live.

Here, but not sure it covers EU LEGO Shop at Home:

I noticed the sale on Amazon. Thinking of picking one or two up. How close do you guys think this is to EOL?

Relatively new Lego investor, but I have been collecting for a while. This summer and fall have been my first seasons of purchasing sets as investments. Thinking this set is a good investment as 75920 Raptor Escape has gone up quite a bit... is that what most people are thinking?

Its retired everywhere else in the world except for North America.  EOL is imminent.  I wouldn't be surprised if we get some blowout online sales since the actual end market is completely saturated , walmart, target and TRU all have stock in warehouses for shipping and retailers will be motivated to clear remaining stock as the theme is discontinued.  if shop at home puts this set on sale + double VIP during the snow globe promo, it will be a very attractive purchase target (at least for me).  and I already have 17.   raaaarrrrghhh!

Thank you. Amazon's discounts are still fairly light, so I am holding off for now. [Bought a round of other assorted sets a week ago anyway...]

I like what I am seeing. Several sales per day on Ebay europe over the weekend and the price is ticking up nicely.

Sold out LEGO Shop at Home usa

I hope its not coming back..TRex too.

Hmmm, the rate this is going I'm tempted to trade 1 ewok villages for 2 IRB, there's no way EV is going to perform this well weeks after retirement

I have an Ewok-Village. Can we split the shipping costs?
