  • So to celebrate the strong exchange rate from USD to CAD ($1 -> $1.30), Canada Post delivered these to me today. So this works out to about $92 USD per set.

  • That only gives us 92 years to sell through our stock, perfect!

  • I just got my last 12 in the last 2 weeks, have 30 of these and I got them for $68 to $100 from Lego with VIP Points and Toys R Us with Rewards, etc. Now I am not selling any I am holding on to them,

Hmmm, the rate this is going I'm tempted to trade 1 ewok villages for 2 IRB, there's no way EV is going to perform this well weeks after retirement

absolute no brainer.

Absolutely. Thanks.

Toys R Us price back at 139 from 109 and Walmart has a limit of 1 on this now.

Horde is strong on this one.  Walmart is out of stock.

IR is so 2015

Good to hear. I picked up ten at $109 from WM earlier this evening. I was hoping to get them for $70 during the last round of WM clearance but they never made it to that price in my neck of the woods. Figured it's now or never, and I didn't want to be caught without any of these.

Yep, dinos disapearing in a wild...get it quick...i put my bets on raptors.

Amazon has jacked up the price now to $139.99!!! -- $10 over MSRP - bloody price gougers - they'll never hear the end of this!

Yes raptors are great , but Indominus won't be seen again. Raptors will. :)

Im starting to gain some faith that this line will do well.  While I don't expect the IR to perform like RE, or GT within a year of retirement.  It should do very well. I like this as an investment better than any star wars or creator set that is retiring right now.  Hell, I've had enough of these sitting in my closet for a while now.. so im ready for this to be sent off to pasture

Our beloved Masasorus made sure of it's extinction. However it'd be ashame if they cloned it in the next movie.

Price matching TRU?

Why clone it when you can whip up a Heapsbiggasaurus in the lab? :)

This already up 50% on rrp. If you bought on discount could already be looking at 100% after fees and P&P. Thoughts on how high this could go before the next wave of sets (assuming they're coming back)?

It all depends on how the UK QFLL´s want to play it.

Never got discounts on mine, but once it doubles I'm out.

If you are asking for IR it doesnt matter if or when some next wave might come or not because IR will never ever appear in any LEGO set again. Raptor or T-Rex sets are another story, dont know, didnt invest in those.

No new Dino theme / sets announced yet, so it may be the first big set that reaches 3 x RRP after a long time

SInce RE did, to be precise!

RE is nearing 4x and should be there by the wrap up of the holidays.  5x to 6x is not out of the question.  As for IR, I'd say 3x is a given on this one by 2018.

Learning the abbreviations for 3xrrp sets is quick work these days!

OMG... I forgot, I have an "Applecart-Upsetting-Amount" of RE's that I bought at half price (£19.99) while everybody else was lapping up the Indominous, I'll see what I can shift this week using my contacts and I'll put the remainder on eBay at £79.99 with best offer. Honestly, I never realised I was sitting on gold until now ;-)

It seems like I was the sleeper, not this set!

Thank you guys!
