How to make edible and stackable LEGO gummy candy

Featured Replies

Just came across on youtube. Has anyone tried to make this and build something entirely with gummy candy? The transparent blocks looks awesome.

I Just saw it on youtube! Hehehe you beat me to it!

That literally takes "Everything is Awesome" to another level and reduces the cost per piece for your Lego MOCs :victory:.

I haven't tried making my own mold but I have used the ones that look like ice cube trays to make soap (see profile picture), chocolate, and gummi lego. The recipe that I tried for the gummi (similar but not the same recipe as the video above) was too firm and I did not like the taste or texture. I'd try it again though with a different recipe. The prepurchased ones (at least the ones I have) are not the same scale for the bricks so the tip displayed to put a clean base plate on top will not work the same way. I love that idea though because it would make it more interactive. Thanks for sharing!
