Lets just say a friend of a friend has some family member looking to get rid of legos

They know they have some value but as of yet have not disclosed prices, so these will not be garage sale priced

I have identified

2723 Giant Lego Man

3826 Spongbob Statue

7194 Yoda UCS Statue

10182 Corner Cafe

10187 VW Beetle

next to Beetle ? HP 4728 with blue car?

6979 Insterstellar Starfighter in 1st pic

Brown Baseplate to 6761 in pic 1

6195 Aquazone Lab in pic 3

Any other sets anyone thinks they can identify

I thought above corner cafe may be hogwarts castle

Next to the 6761 baseplate looks like a Fort Legoredo

Bin above CC is def early Harry Potter, but whether it's 4709 I can't be 100%

Very top bins on right are also HP, I see a Hagrid Hut and Hogwarts Express, both 1st version I would guess.  Hut is for sure

I think bottom left in 2nd picture is Market Street.  The instructions look right and you can see the medium blue.

Set next to VW is definitely HP Privet Drive set.

This is a really good lot and the fact it is already organized is worth money as well.  If I'm right as to what is there, I would have no problem throwing $1000 at it to make sure I got it, but I know many here will tell you to low-ball this guy.  There's easily double that in value here and who knows what else this person has if they have Modulars and exclusives.

HUGE EDIT!!  Below Privet Drive is Green Grocer.  You need to grab this lot.

Looks like a great lot to me, get it!

Seeing what's there, I don't see this guy taking less than $2500 for it.

If the seller knows what he's/she's selling, yes, that would probably be an accurate selling point.  With all I've seen here, $1500 would probably be my max where it would be worth my time as a buyer.  You have no idea if everything is complete, but by the looks of how it is organized, I would think this has been taken care of very well.  GG looks like it's still in bags as well, that could be a real winner there.

In my experience.  When a lot is well organized with instructions, it is usually complete.

I do find it funny they have each set stored nicely in a bin.  It seems like those bins would take up more room than the original boxes.

Yes, I'm 100% sure that it is 10185.  You would just want to make sure all bags are there, which one would assume is the case here and they never got around to building it.  The organization is very nice here and it looks like the owner has taken care of stuff well.

The bins may have more depth but they are not as long and wide.

If I saw this lot, I would be all over it.

The last lot I bought that was organized like this was worth close to 10K.

Next to Cafe Corner is Durmstrang Ship from Harry Potter.  Took me awhile, but was able to match up the instructions.

Thanks

I dont think I have to take all and I could cherry pick stuff

Nice lot,  always fun to look through collections spanning the years as the collector advanced...

Excellent lot here.  I agree, an offer up to $1500 will still make you money, provided the modulars are complete.  instructions for CC and others are a huge plus here.

If it was for my personal collection , I would offer up to $2000

I am not sure where I am going with it

should have more details in a few days

I only have detective office and palace cinema and recently go into modulars.

The giant lego man I really would love to display but seems to cost alot

The harry potter and others I would probably look to profit on

super awesome how many have sharp eyes and figure out all these sets

Early Hargrids hut is sitting next to Yodas ear in the small blue bin as well. A small bit of icing to this lot.
