It's probably just realistic.  I mean, it's not like Helm's Deep regularly has people in it.  Bound to get some righteous spider webs between visits.

    The front wall had webs all over it as well.  Had to break it down and store it away for space reasons.  Took ages to clean, so much dust!

    In all honesty, I think it displays better with the webs.  Adds a note of authenticity.  As others have said, the 'real' Helm's Deep did not get dusted regularly either.  But you know what would really look great covered in living, crawling, web-spinning spiders?  I'll give you a hint.  It's a large exclusive that folks thought would last 'till Halloween last year, but it didn't...

    Yeah, wish I had the HH, that would look cool.  It's all cleaned and busted down now and in storage, as I needed the shelf space, otherwise,yeah I probably would have left it.
