To buy a single Minifigure here in Ireland is $3.90 (€3.49). How high in price do you think the Simpsons Minifigures Series 1 figures will reach if I buy a box?

Minifig boxes don't seem to have the best ROI from what I can see ($4 * 60 = $240 and I see tons of boxes selling for ~250-350 range), unless you're willing to part it out and sell individually (pain in the buttocks). Take my opinion with a grain of salt, it's only my observation and I'm new to investing. It all depends what you can get it for, and $4 doesn't look like the prime price.

Some toy stores have 6 for the price of 5 at €2.99 each, so works out at average price of €2.50. Think Banba Toymaster was one

I just dont see the Simpson with a world wide appeal.  I'm sure a lot of kids outside the US have no idea who they are.  Heck my kids think they are creepy but you might be able to make some money on them in a few years.

I can come out with a Simpsons quote here in work and everyone will know that I'm quoting the Simpsons.
