Lego Power Miners Rock Wrecker #8963??

Lego Power Miners Rock Wrecker #8963.  Unopened, new in box.

For sale on craiglist for $40.  I'd offer less.  This would be a buy and hold for investment.  It's a 2009 set, but maybe it's reached it's peak and flattened out on value at about $60. 

Or, a better way to spend $30? 

Based on my last post, I took others' advice and spend my $ on a Santa's Workshop.  Thanks for the help on this forum!

    I would buy the set for around $20 - $25. The set is valued at around $60 - $65 and I would buy it and then sell it right away. I don't think it will reach a higher value than it already has. $40 is a good price if you are buying for your personal collection.
