That ink can be wiped out. Try windex, it worked for me.

If you read the reviews on the Sea Cow on Amazon and other websites, this baby is a keep regardless of damages. People love this set. Build it yourself and you might not be willing to unload these. It looks magnificent. You won't lose much on the number marked on the box. They marked numbers on my transformers grimlock and soundwave boxes and I never had trouble selling them. Toy lovers won't care about a ding here and there.

Check if you can rub off the '7'.  Last time I got some like that - it was not marker, but some sort of wax crayon almost - something like that.

Walmart also puts numbers on some of their exclusives. I've never had anyone complain, i wouldn't really worry about it.

The Mini is part of promotion as well but it is OOS as well.  I think they removed a bunch of product.

Would have been an awesome deal with the tumbler!! Picked up a few Palace Cinemas instead. Great Deal!!

No matter what which items I put I seem to be charged $11 shipping.  I have had always free shipping.  If tumbler or mini were available, I would be all over it.  Debating over the other $230 sets.

they give you free shipping if you add 2 or more legos on same invoice...  I rather pay the 11

Yeah, this is not a great deal on the west coast due to the $30 to ship anything here.  For example - a Slave 1 will cost you $205 after you sell off the Bricktober stuff.  That is a worse deal than the recent Double VIP with gift although you can stay under the radar better, but it is more work.

hmmm maybe SOH may not be a bad idea to pick up? - $100 in Air Miles Voucher and approx $100 worth of Bricktober sets. Brig cost down to $179 + $13 shipping + tax.

That's assuming you can sell it for $100 clear which may be possible but could take awhile.  I would estimate the value of the sets at $15-20

I also think tumbler will come back in stock so it may be worth skipping this and using it on tumbler.

When I saw this I was going to plug in a bunch of orders, but after some investigation and shipping cost of $11,  it is getting harder to put in an order.

Ya not a bad idea to wait and see... no rush in spending money

I was really only to bite on this deal with Tumblers. I'd personally save the airmiles for Tumblers if they come back in stock (or Seacows). Just my opinion though, i don't think i'll be getting anything with this promo (maybe a PC for personal collection).
