They say its on items ending in .99, but...

The only items that get the 25% off in cart are ending in .94

Illogical, wouldn't you say?

Damn, the big sets are flying.  Got a Detectives Office, thought about the Bank or Assembly Square and they sold out before I could decide.  

I'll be shocked if this stuff goes through.

tried my luck with the parisian restaurant. Had to pay a bit of shipping though

some of the smaller sets has 25% applied and also works with the 15% (works out to be about 36% off). Wondering if i should pull the trigger.

I just put an order through and after I entered all my info, the site crashed.... ?

Arrrgh my 6 P.R got cancelled because the bank blocked my card. They didn't like my multiple orders at TRU earlier X_X

Went to pick up my online order, and as Lobo1969 mentioned, the in-store deal is buy 1 get 1 50% off. Found a couple 75874 on the shelf while I was there, so grabbed those along with a couple sets my son wanted. 

If anyone has a 15% of code that they wont be using please PM.  Want to put in an order for around 1k so would save me a bunch

Looks like the .94 bug is fixed? I did manage to pickup a couple battle packs for myself, and non-lego related i got the new Black series Dewback and the Mattel T-Rex, all for in store-pickup.

The %15 off code seemed broken too in that it applied to sale items when it said it wouldn't. So the Dewback came to like $60 or something, pretty stoked about that.

Anyone have any experience using Paypal with TRU? I had part of my order cancelled. Still haven't received a refund. Both are saying talk to the other. Awesome.

I don't recall ever seeing a sale/glitch quite like this before at TRU Canada.  Does anyone recall something like this happening at TRU or any other Canadian retailer?

Couple years ago their ebay site had items listed at like %75 off, it was mostly City sets if i recall? But after that they implemented to max 3-5 per order haha.

They have also had BOGO %50 off in the past that applied to "hard to finds". Regret not grabbing SSD's during that sale...

I expect just for the better. Watsa’s reputation is as a savvy operator with experience in turning around retail operations. And this is such a drop in a bucket for him I doubt he’d have reason to be ruthless even if he was so inclined. 

Non lego related: Some TRU in lower mainland still have the Marvel Legends infinity gauntlet. Get that 10% club card and slap it on. Last few auctions went for over $200USD.

Received my Parisian Restaurant today. Was about 20.9% discount coz of the shipping they charged. Not too bad. The box was in pretty good condition too,a few minor scuffs.

 This has been lingering around for a while and might be the last chance to grab at a discount as retail stock must be finally running out. LEGO LEGO Shop at Home has been sold out for months.

I got one batcave just for my collection on sale with double vip but I am not sure about the potential of the set. I mean it seems like the minifigures are doing well so it could be a good part out set. But I am too lazy to do all those so...
