In anticipation of the Ferris wheel arriving soon, just wanted to get people's opinions on what they would like to see. Do you think it will be similar to the mixer with various other little stalls to place nearby or more like the grand carousel - a big show piece. In reality all fairs have one or 2 large show pieces so I'm hoping for this. Given the price bracket we could get a large set.

Just wanted to promote some discussion around thus forthcoming set.

Seriously...I've been waiting to catch a glimpse of this one since it was rumored some time ago. Should be any day now...

I think I like it.  Looks pretty big...

10 minifigs?

Huh...I love the gondolas...I definitely want to see more angles before passing judgment. Seems kinds of plain, but the theme is a simple fairground, I suppose.

Thanks SO much for posting.

Pretty sure one of those will be on display in my home by the end of the year.

Looks fantastic. Back to permanent structures which works better than a portable rides.

That looks awesome! Much bigger than the last Ferris Wheel.

Piece and price guess?

~1800 / $199.99

Wonderful! This one will be bought right away!

Looks great...will buy one for sure.   Looks like it will be as tall or taller than modular buildings.

For sure. Looking at the scale I thinks it's about 65 to 70 cm high. That's pretty good.

I'm guessing that there is around 2,350 pieces in the set with a price of maybe $250. Hopefully it's not that high though.

what does this do for the fairground mixer?

Totally trumps it.

but does it help the fairground mixer become more valuable or are they too different and they don't really go together?

I think they work well together.  Looks like same scale and build complexity to me.

That's awesome, I would buy it right away.

I like this set alot. I think this set helps Grand Carousel more than the Mixer tho.

All 3 together will be sick.

Does the leaked pick come with cost/piece count?  I guess it's from the June calendar.

Very nice.

My guess is it's going to be $200, not $250.

I am little disappointed... I have expected much more detailed set (why making a new Ferris Wheel, if not completly different and much more detailed?). Its better than previous Ferris Wheel, but far from Caroussel for example...
