    Yes, has happened before.  Clear your browser history, should solve the problem.

This happened yesterday and this morning. Cleared cache and cookies and can't seem to replicate it.

 

Depending on where you picked up the problem, this could be enough. If it comes back and you haven't been visiting one of many crazy websites that shall remain anonymous is when more drastic measures should be followed.
