Happened to see this on Youtube: impressive Queen Anne's Revenge MOC.  It looks so realistic and minifig scale.   (But I do not know if I want to deal with all the ropes).

The video starts at the end to show the final product.  If you want to see the build just restart it from the beginning.

 

 

バスターソード Cloud Strife's Buster Sword by Brick Ninja

Here is a little tid bit from the pic description:

 

Cloud Strife’s Buster Sword from Final Fantasy VII. This is a 1:1 life size replica. It is 6 feet long, and over a foot wide. This is based off of its appearance in Final Fantasy VII: Remake (Part 1) which is celebrating its 1 year anniversary today.

Stability was a major issue with this sword, particularly due to the Materia slots (Two circular holes near where the blade connects to the hilt. In the end it is fairly sturdy. (The only position it cannot withstand is being held out flat, parallel to the ground.)
