Just spent 2 hours trying to id this guy, from head, from torso, from legs and no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Awesome, you guys are my best friends forever!!! 

    Interesting enough, he had the superman hair and when looking at sets that has superman hair, only superman sets would come up. Need to let the parts/sets db sites out there, that superman hair belongs to plastic man too!
