So I found a local lot for sale, sounds like it's adult owned display sets (all Star Wars). Included are the following:

 

75038 Jedi Interceptor

75087 Anakin's Custom Jedi Starfighter

75052 Mos Eisley Cantina

75058 MTT

75049 Snowspeeder

10236 Ewok Village

75081 T-16 Skyhopper

75082 Tie Advanced Prototype

75021 Republic Gunship

 

The seller claims that all sets are complete, with minifigs, accessories, boxes, and instructions. Obviously the 10236 and 75021 are the stars of the show, but this seems like a no brainer at $275 if it's as good as it sounds. I'd be happy to build these sets and then break even again on a sale, so anything above that is a bonus. What are your guys thoughts?

Seriously?   You already know this is a deal.  This is precisely the kind of find that you just jump on.  Any delay, and you'll lose the opportunity.

Yeah with EV it's a no-brainer assuming all is complete, but I would also say it is important to have instructions to at least most of the sets for resale value purposes.

I was thinking this was pretty lackluster, before I saw the mention of the EV. I just didn't see it when I first read the list.

If you wanted this I hope you jumped on this already. At that price is expect it to be gone long before you've read this comment.
