I ordered a 10241 from LEGO Shop at Home a couple days ago and according to the FedEx tracking it was delivered today, left outside my door because no one was home.  Problem is, there is no box by more door.  It is missing.  How does Lego typically handle this?

Reship if item available, refund if not. Pretty typical among Lego, TRU, Amazon, etc, unless you've got a long history of this happening.

Anyways fedex showed it delivered.

I called them and said it was not delivered but perhaps somewhere else.

They started a case and 48 hours later it showed up at my front door.

Had they not found it I would have gone back to Sam's Club.

You may want to save the hassle and go to Lego first not sure what policies are but you could possibly start a case with fedex tonight for them to search and call Lego LEGO Shop at Home when it opens in the AM as well and tell them what you've done.

 

However it may be safest with minicoopers11 note to just call Lego and let them handle it.
