Gotta ask do you live in Blenheim Palace?that's one smart room.

Ha!  That's my office... It was like that when we bought it so we just left it alone.  It's no Blenheim, but it ain't too shabby.

After accumulating all the parts I realized I need to get organized before I started building.  I bought a bunch of storage cabinets, a label maker (to print out Henry's labels) and then was about to start but then I got side tracked again with a few good buys on Kijiji (Williams F1).  After building the F1 I then got side tracked again accumulating parts for the Icarus and PVB One:1.  But seeing your pics of the FXX and Venom really made me want to start building some of the great Mocs out there.

There are soo many amazing Technic MOC's to build that at times it can be overwhelming.  I find the process of accumulating the parts for the builds extremely tedious so I try and limit that process to maybe two builds.

There is always another new great MOC being built somewhere!

I am actually debating building the larger scale AT-AT instead of a Technic model next.  I was hoping TLG would release one this year, but it seems unlikely if you believe the rumors.

I've got the U-Wing via WM clearance a while ago. This set was not on my radar, and I did not expect much, but the price was right. Now, it is one of my favorites. The color scheme is esthetic; the compartment fits many people; the cockpit-opening mechanism is working; the shooting mechanism is very well developed; it has a trunk for spare parts storage; minifigs look great; and the slender design makes it a very nice display model that doesn't take the space of a 16'' pizza such as the Millennium Falcon. Thanks to the suggestion of @exciter1 it even makes a great toilet model. Not sure about its investment potential, but for me as a collector it is a great set.

Dragon from Attack of the Morro Dragon 70736. Its a much nicer dragon than I anticipated (based upon package pictures). The wings are pretty limited in movement. Tail and head moves nicely. Legs movement is fair also.

Madoca makes truly amazing Mocs.  The 411 step instructions are first rate and design very well thought out.  Compact, excellent lines and great proportion.

I still need to program the sbrick but otherwise it's complete.  Highly recommended to all the Technic builders out there!

10212- it's missing a few pieces which the seller either lost or it got lost in the poor packaging but I was able to finish it with spare parts until replacements come in. The realization that parts were missing kept this from being as fun as it should have been but it still looks pretty great and massive. This was a warm up for my eventual build of the 10221 SSD

2nd set from the tub I grabbed off CL. Recovered all the pieces but had to order a couple minifigures. Got a manual set too, should help with the resale. Ended up with $90 in it, the twins and Hermione figs were pricey. Still I should be able to double that easily.

Got it used and assembled , but had tons of dust , so I took it apart , washed all the bricks and assembled it back again... my first technic build and it worked !!  Amazing set....

My daughter built her Valentines day Valentines Cupid Dog 40201 yesterday morning before school.  "You should get me a different animal every year to put with my dog and my Easter chick from last year!"  She loved it!

Bury St Edmunds Cathedral are raising money for the upkeep by building a Lego model of the Catherdral.

£15,000 raised so far by charging 1 per brick. Lovely idea. lego1.thumb.jpg.39a4c28aea0e341e341a58417b755a60.jpg
