Built the Medix tribe today. Surgeo, Skrubz and Tuth attempt to make friends with a Nixel.

Finished up the Rancor Pit with my son to add to Jabba's Palace that we built a couple weeks back.  Looks great.  I really wish that Lego would do more SW sets that could connect together to make an even bigger scene.  That would be sweet.

My daughter also had a pretty nice haul at her birthday party over the weekend.  We are on bag three of the Heartlake Mall and she is enjoying it so far.  She told me that she pretty much got all the Legos sets that she wanted except Birds, Death Star Final Duel, and the Ewok Village. Sounds like an excuse to set aside one of my Ewok Villages for a family Christmas present:)

 

Today, I built 75023 Star Wars Advent Calendar which I bought recently. I got it mainly for the nice minifigure selection, especially R5-F7. Holiday Jango Fett I kept sealed for resale as I have no need for that version of him.

Progressing through this Statue of Liberty build. Surprisingly not as bad as I thought. Hope to post the final product this week.

Tada! Took me all week but I must say it is nice.

My only dread now is taking it apart and sorting it again lol. In the meantime I will enjoy it. By far my most valuable set.

Man, that lady is gorgeous! You got a great deal on that one. Very cool that the set was complete.

Really? I thought it was pretty sweet. Very swooshable. Love the red detail. Figs are ok. For $35 it's a steal.

Thankfully, it's not this...

This took longer than I expected because I'm color blind according to my kids and don't know the difference between black and grey.  Only had to partially dissemble 3 times to do a swap out.  I will building the b model.
