Hi everyone.. I need help to identify this Minifigure set.  It doesn't have the set number on the box, and I tried searching online, but I have no clue as well on what search string to use other than 'Beach'.

 

Here's the photo (attached):

    And for reference, check the set number referenced in the link, it should be above the UPC code on the back of the box. Kind of tricky as it doesn't follow normal set number convention.
