31038 - Changing Seasons

I wish the lighting was better but it looks nice for a mid-small house that reminds me of the older Creator houses and the recent Family House to some extent.

I'm a big fan of sets like this. Glad to see it!

I like the elevated toilet, that's pretty cool.  Any day when you can dispense toilet paper outside is a good day.

Nice house, like the way it can be used to build 3 different houses. Heck, might as well buy 3 of this set and build a streetscape of them.

one thing dou, 3 seasons missing one. So there is an obvious winter and autumn maybe a summer. So no spring? Maybe I am asking for too much. Lol

It will be nice to combine 2 or 3 of these based on the alternate build with white roof to make an addition to the Winter Village.

I have a few but I've left many more at WM for $35.

Is this thing really going bye bye?  I unintentionally bought a good stash of them from KMart.com this Fall with their after hours points deals.

I like this set but I'm still seeing it everywhere at retail unless I'm missing something?

Seen it at many WM for $35 clearance.

My wife started building the Canging Season set (Winter house) yesterday. She's enjoying it, as far as I could tell. :)

Regarding availability: it's widely available here in The Netherlands with a decent discount (RRP = €54,99) to around €40 - €45.

And the buying limit in LEGO Shop at Home NL is set at 10. Which means stock is quite high and no retirement any time soon.

Looks like we have the same problem; bought two more from WalMart for $35, went to update my spreadsheet only to realize I have way more than I thought I did.  With the retirement #CHAOS going around, I wouldn't be surprised if it was done.

I say bike shop have a higher chance of retirement before this one

Dunno about this one, but i think Bike Shop is OoS and Retired tag at LEGO Shop at Home. It apeared briefly for sale yesterday with Call to Check

I'd hope so, since it was released a year earlier.

Bike Shop -  27 May 14 - 03 Nov 15
Changing Seasons - 18 May 15 - now

You never know, a different type of set really.

Folks, there has been a pattern of early clearance on these "home" style sets, among others. While nothing is impossible, I'll lay good odds that it will be around another year.
