Looks like Amazon is starting to have some sales on sets that look to be coming to an end soon. I have been waiting for this set to go on sale at a decent price so I scooped this one up. Next up on my want list is the Monster Laboratory.

When I went to Amazon shortly after you posted this, it was still $49.95. I wonder what I'm missing. This is a set I have been wanting to grab before it's gone.

Very weird. I just checked my order and it does say for $42.91 but I just searched for the set and it shows $49.95. I do remember when I was checking out that I think I got a message of a price change or something. I continued with my order and it was still $42.91. It must of literally been at that prices for a couple of minutes.

Yeah it was $49.50 for me too when I checked. I would love to have this set for $42! They may have sold out at the $42 price very quickly though since these Batman sets seem to never get discounted.

I noticed that the same company that sold the Castle for $85 offered this set for around $43. They had 3 in stock and sold out quickly. After they sold out, I kept on checking the price on amazon and a couple minutes later it dropped to the $43 mark. Amazon prices are so sporadic.

Lol yeah it's basically a full time job trying to keep up with amazon price changes on various sets. I sometimes look at the prices of certain sets multiple times a day and like you said, they're very sporadic and always changing!
