Walmart really wants Kylo off their shelves apparently! Maybe just a poor seller and too large a box for the shelf.

Bodes well for the Kylo i saw not on clearance yet at a couple locations.

Yup, not movie accurate at all. Over the X-Mas rush this set was on the shelves everywhere when no Star Wars sets were left to be seen. You can also now get a variation of Kylo in the smaller set now too, and yeah fakes  There are still lots of fans who will not buy fakes at least.

I still really like the screen accurate version, and if you haven't seen my mod of it check it out! :D: 

Anyone reported any JW on clearance yet (other than RE by Veegs)? I've seen some locations with them in the clearance area, and some locations with them on the shelves and on the new planogram. So not too sure what's actually going to happen to em. These would be/are my main potential target for this wave of clearances, gotta have dem dinos.

 

In case other Ontario folks want to try to price match.

I haven't seen JW on clearance in my "smaller market" Southern Alberta Wal-Marts.  A few sets in stock, but no RE.  Really no clearance to speak of as of yet.

Just wanted to say that I saw the first order troop transporter from $109 to $80...only reduced so far in one store and I'm still not biting on that. Maybe at $50-60

Would you be able to take a picture of your receipt for these Lego purchases , so everyone else can price match in their stores?  If not then that is okay too.

I tried to use the Burlington receipt to PM at a couple WMs today - no dice. I also tried to use my own WM one at TRU, even brought my daughter, but no dice. As always, smiled and was pleasant. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Still lots of stock on shelves, so persistence I shall be.

damn .. is it just me or are the 3-4 walmarts around vancouver/ Tri cities area just dry. i have yet to see ANY clearance price on lego there. Am i missing something. And on top of that i pretty much have to jump on anything 30%. Only way i see 50% off is at TRU clearance along with BOGO...  its to the point i just dont even want to look in walmarts anymore. id rather go hit Canadian tire or TRU..

This is the price you pay for living in the Lower Mainland. Lego hunting requires a lot more patience and... Hunting, but keep looking, you can get lucky!

I hit up the walmart in Gilford today, and no lego on sale.. So that makes 6 of the walmarts on the east side of the Fraser River. nothing.  there is a couple more to check.. but i dont know if i will bother..

Changing Seasons is on sale at London Drugs right now for 47.99.  I picked up one to keep

Got lucky this morning and managed to checkout with 1 Grand Emporium.  Fingers are crossed that it actually ships..

Very nice!  I was able to grab 2 last week.  They sent it in the original box that they shipped to Walmart, however 1 was opened and beat up box, the other box was perfect condition.  Hope you get it to.

Damn, just got an out of stock email.  Looks like it'll probably be cancelled.  boooo
