The question we all want to know is "will they ever retire the teddy bear mold?l" come on. It's ok to raise the price but please give us ONE new mold?

  • Right, I'm growing tired of these same sort of characters...Vikings, clowns, spacemen...enough already.  Very boring.  The Simpsons and The LEGO Movie were a breath of fresh air.  I want some co

According to the article, it is Spooky Girl.  Do we know for sure the price will be $3.99 per pack ?

Pretty sure they were listed at $3.99 at one of the toy shows when they had the S12 box out along with Simpsons.  Very disappointed with this.  It was one thing when it was a licensed run with completely new pieces, but to raise the price to simply raise the price just because you know you can is weak.  I'll get them just to keep the collection going, but they need to up the ante with these if they are going to raise the prices.

That's actually kind of creepy. I like it. It's different.

That in a forum for and/or from Lego investors is strong. :)

Let's see, between the Chicken Suit Guy, Bunny Suit Guy, and now Pig Suit Guy, we almost have a full barn of critters! So what's next; Cow Suit Guy? :)

If they wanted to print more money they'd just make a guy in a cat suit that comes with a cat.

I still think the Battle Goddess is my favorite, but the Pizza Delivery guy is right there.  New pizza piece is great.   Just need to MOC an old Ford Escort for his car now.  For the most part, a lot of retreads that we've seen before from either sets already made or different sexes of CMF's we've already had.

I'd be willing to pay $4 for the them if I could tell what I was getting (not by smooshing), but being it is still a guessing game, I'm out.

Investment-wise, what do you guys think will be the most valuable figures down the road?  I'm thinking Hun Warrior, Battle Goddess and Piggy Guy, based on what's happened in the past.

Depends on the distribution. In general it is hard to make any money just on individual figs.

The Series 12 Minifigures look very cool, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to pay $4 for them. If it was $3, I would buy them. I can't justify spending $4 per minifigure.

Not really a fan to tell the truth. I will still probably flip them but my interest has waned a bit. Hopefully they go back to the giving us three complete sets in a box.

Well I am already short of $64 just from seeing these. Granted these are not for The Lego Movie or The Simpsons so hopefully they will stick around long enough to slowly collect them all over time and Target may have them 'on sale' for $3 instead of f'ing $4. I may have my smooshing techniques to figure out who is who but I can't imagine the average buyer going for these when they continue to be completely random and just one minifigure. Unfortunately I still can see lack of sales and/or increased theft of these with the price increase if Lego keeps it that way.
