Anyway to tell if these have been opened and resealed with another figure?

Probably a scam. They'll never meet you in person and they'll want you to send them payment online.

They could also have 5 of the silver chrome ones (TC-14), and just don't know any better - just ask for a photo. 

it's the bimbo up in ohio, she's been scamming for years, i've reported her directly to her city police and they've done exactly bullpoop about it all.

LOL, yeah, let me guess, she's got a metric crap-ton of polybags, and all of the pictures in the listing can be googled to be stock photos.
