Walmart and amazon are weighing the birds down. They are to fat to fly currently, they need to drop some pounds for them to fly. We just have to hope the neighbors cat doesn't eat it before people forget about it.

It was nice while they lasted at $31.50 each.

It's still coming in and out of stock at Amazon at the $35 price tag.

Someone has already tried that experiment. Shipping is the deal breaker. Although they were buying at full retail I think.

I would think customs was the dealbreaker, if shipping alone wasn't a big enough problem. No?

At least you don't have to pay US taxes. 

I ordered some for 45$ at B&N, it came down to 60$ per box after shipping, customs and VAT.

I have 60 birds (20 sets) in my (cage)storage locker. To be quite honest at this point,they are an uninvited guest !  But I have NO doubt, when they FINALLY do sell out, they will be easy money.
