TRU CC Questions, can you use on exclusives? 15% & 10% stack?

I know the 10% Thursday and Saturday promotion is done today, but i'm curious if either works on exclusives or not?

 

For example, could i open the account get 15% AND 10% off an exclusive, or just the 15% or neither?
