Both are fantastic sets and you can't go wrong with either. For the extra 20$ you get 200 more pieces and 3 more minifigs with the Queen Anne. I just bought a Queen Anne for $95 with free shipping on Ebay about 3 weeks ago. I also bought a Black Pearl about a month ago for $80 on Ebay. I prefer the Queen Anne because it is bigger, but I really like them both.

You can find them for almost the same price on Ebay. There are multiple auctions for both.
