Excavator and Truck 60075

I'm really pleased with this build.  All the functions work extremely will, especially the claw on the excavator.

Really a great set all around, thanks yet again for sharing/creating another awesome video!

I think that might be one of my favorite dump trucks... I really like the tailgate feature!

(but we've got enough excavators :))

Nice video, thanks...

still not really sold on the set thou.  Truck-good, Excavator-kinda boring, conveyer belt - not really a necessity... as it is.

Interesting you mention that, I honestly quite like it! Only thing is the price, there is no way I can justify $60 for it even if I admire the set. $29.99 seems more reasonable, maximum $34.99, how Lego thought they could justify x2 that I have no idea, really is an extreme example of MSRP inflation/exploitation depending on your POV.

something's fishy with that price... it's 20 cents an element, many of the other city sets are 12 - 16 cents an element or better.

I would blame (some) it on the conveyer belt and some old pieces (yellow trapzoid pieces for one) being brought back. Molds might've needed a clean up and it always costs money to add another piece into production. Although even with all of that, it still isn't worth it. And two figures? Phff..

The truck here is reminiscent of the Tipper Truck but a bit sleeker and the blue is nice. The crane vehicle looks spot-on far as Lego builds can probably get and I haven't seen the conveyor belt in years or those triangle wedge ....thingies. Now does anyone else think the crane driver looks kind of like Bob Vila? Ha.

Awesome video! I really like this set because of all the cool functions it has.
