I am negotiating with this guy on craigslist whether or not this is a "Good deal" (check attached)

 

All of that for $150, but I knocked him down to $125. He has all the figs, and instruction manuals, except... *drumroll* no boxes.

 

Is this even worth it? I am looking into investing/collecting, and honestly I think this guy is clueless that the Watto figure alone is $50. 

 

My gut is telling me to get it, because it will look nice as a whole, but with no boxes, I don't want this to hurt me in the future when I decide to let these go if I do so.

 

Thoughts?
