Yes, well actually there are 2 promos you can get.  1 is the DC comics one and the other is the TMNT one.  So putting 2 DC comics keychains on your order will only get you the 1 promo but you can put 1 DC comics keychain and 1 TMNT keychain and get 2 promos on the same order.

Yes that`s right, unfortunately they don`t give you the promo for every $X spent, only $X or more. Same applies with the Jor-El polybag, only 1 per order, but you only need 1 applicable item to get it. That`s why most of us here will place multiple orders, maximizes the value, but increases the risk of banhammer, if you`re superstitious that is

Yes, it is a system generated date it will either ship earlier or never and you will still get the poly.
