When does Lego show off their new sets for the year?

Featured Replies

Just out of curiosity, does Lego have their own event to show off new sets coming out for the year? Or do they typically show the new stuff off at Toy Fair?

I recall that last year, 2012, information started being leaked after the London Toy Fair in either late January or early February. Or was it after the Toy Fair in Germany? I think that within a month the internet will be flooded with leaked 2013 release information. I think that Lego has their own event as well, but that it is after the trade fairs so everything will be spoiled by then. Someone else may have better information on the dates.
