Someone is selling there 10190 market square for $850cad. The ad says still in sealed box with some wear. Is this a good deal for an investment perspective. Or is it good for personal collection.

    For $850 it's an excellent deal for personal collection... for investment, there is money to be made. It's a rare set in the Canadian market. That said, you should make sure to check those seals and maybe even weigh the set if you can before buying.
