I was wondering if you can remove the heads of the figs to replace the capes?  I noticed a lot of these have frayed capes.

    That is why you have frayed capes. You can't remove the head. You can however change the batteries. I have done this several times with no problem.

    I assume the legs are attached too?  Looks like I will have to find some with good capes.  I frayed cape would probably drive me crazy
