Can't print label through Paypal?

I just tried to print an online label through paypal and it is stuck on "please wait...processing".  I already got billed for this but I haven't been able to print anything.  I have cleared cookies and restarted my pc.  Still not working.  Any suggestions?

    I tried it will all add-ons disabled and still didn't work.  I have printed around 100 labels and this is the first time I had a problem.  Not sure what is the problem.

    I had a problem today. 2 labels for bricklink sales printed fine, but had 1 from an ebay sale that after I selected first class shipping the weight drop bar never showed up. I could not pay so different from your problem. was it an ebay sale? I get different pages for ebay and bricklink labels.

    Nope, not an ebay sale.  I tried to print in IE and that didn't work. Rebooted again and got it to finally print using IE.  I use firefox so not sure what the problem is.  I believe the only thing that has changed today is that I updated Java.
