What do people in Australia use for packaging and shipping their lego sets? I checked about 5 online packaging stores (Staples, Signet etc.) and none seem to sell boxes suitable for Lego.

Any help is much appreciated. :-)

I saw from other page, they mentioned that in US , they can easily find dimension like 20" x 16" x 4" or 24" x 16" x 4"

But seems like Australia do not have suitable box for Lego sets

By the way, is there any other affordable methods that can recommend apart from using Auspost ?

Last time I was in Cairns there was an abundance of empty wines boxes, look for the drunk laying on the pavement, the boxes can be found not far from here.

I post domestically and use a combination of bubble wrap and brown paper. Haven't had any complaints from buyers regarding this method.

Thanks I might give the bubble wrap and brown paper combination a go then. I'll save my boxes to post the expensive stuff. :-)

I'm not sure what the expensive stuff comprises of but I have sent 20+ HH, High Speed Passenger Trains, T1 Campers, etc and they have all arrived safely (I follow up with the buyer). The trick is to double bubble wrap, works like a charm :)

Awesome thanks for the confirmation. I just spent $100 on packaging materials, seems like such a waste of money.  :stink:
